Your intentions are noble but I see issues with your argument. Imagine a classroom where students do not respect their teachers. That will not be a very conducive classroom either. Out of the two evils we choose the lesser one. Yes teachers are not perfect, but if we do not give them authority over children then the classroom will become messy.
